Tujuan Training Project Management With Primavera P6

Project Management Training with Primavera P6 aims to equip participants with the ability to manage projects using Primavera P6 software effectively. Participants will learn the basics of project management, Critical Path Method (CPM), and project organization structure. They will be trained to create project schedules, manage resources, perform cost analysis, and understand the concept of Earned Value. Participants will also learn to control project schedules, create various reports and custom views, and use supporting tools such as data import/export features and currency settings. After the training, participants are expected to be able to implement Primavera P6 for professional project planning, execution, and control.
