Deskripsi Pelatihan

Banyaknya kecelakaan yang terjadi, human error seringkali dinyatakan sebagai faktor utama penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan, baik dalam kecelakan kerja maupun kecelakaan transportasi. Bagi masyarakat awam, kecelakaan kerja/ transportasi dengan human error sebagai penyebabnya sering diartikan sebagai kesalahan manusia operator sistem (atau supir, masinis, pilot, dsb).

Persepsi ini dapat dikatakan kurang tepat, mengingat banyak faktor dan aspek lain yang dapat secara langsung maupun tidak mendorong operator melakukan tindakan yang tidak tepat. Pentingnya pemahaman dan kajian akan apa itu human error di bidang transportasi dapat dipahami bila menilik besarnya kontribusi human error atas berbagai kejadian kecelakaan. Jumlah  kecelakaan yang cenderung tinggi dan besarnya dampak yang ditimbulkan menyebabkan perlunya pemahaman sumber terjadinya kecelakaan kerja/ transportasi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan aspek human error.
